The proposed development comprises up to 155 dwellings and a Class E shop, with associated parking, infrastructure, open space, landscaping and the construction of new vehicular access off Cheltenham Road, Sedgeberrow

 

Whilst the application will reserve all matters of detail the Illustrative Masterplan shows how the site could be laid out to accommodate the proposed development.
